1. How many donors made an individual gift (excluding event donors, memorial gifts, and gifts via employee payroll deduction) to your organization in the calendar year (or if you prefer, fiscal year) previous to the one just completed? (In other words, since the current year is 2012, this would be information as of the end of 2010.)

2. Of your donors who made a gift in 2010, how many also made a gift in calendar or fiscal year 2011? (excluding new, first-time donors)? 

3. How many new, first-time donors were added to your file during calendar or fiscal year 2011?

4. How many total gifts* were made to your organization during calendar or fiscal year 2011?

(*Exclude event donors, memorial donors and employee donors who give via monthly or biweekly payroll deduction.  These numbers can skew the final analysis.)



For a FREE "Donor Long Term Value" analysis report, please supply the following information:

1. What is the total lifetime dollar amount on your donor file? (Exclude foundation gifts, grants, corporate support and employee payroll deductions, but do include planned gifts.) 

2.  How many years is represented by the above lifetime amount?

3.  What is the total number of individual donors responsible for that amount?
